Memory Care™ Bariatric Support Surface

The Memory Care™ Bariatric Support Surface has been designed for Sleep Centers, Acute Care and Long-term Care Facilities. This specially designed sleep surface promotes sleep for patients experiencing sleep disorders and meets all of your healthcare requirements.

Memory Care's™ open cell visco elastic, highly resilient, memory foam reacts to weight and body temperature to help reduce interface pressure while providing optimal patient comfort and support. The temperature sensitive foam allows the body to immerse into the surface, conforming to the patient, creating a mold that will contour the body in any position.

The remarkable multi-layer core is constructed with a soft, immersion layer and a comfortable base layer of highly supportive, dense, resilient polyurethane foam. The entire core is covered with a fire barrier sleeve. The top surface is covered in a multi-stretch, waterproof, urethane coated stretch knit fabric that is also: soft to the touch, easy to wipe clean, antibacterial, stain resistant and fluid proof. This fabric provides a low MVTR to meet today's infection control concerns. The bottom half of the surface is covered in a highly durable, heavy duty, medical grade vinyl. Both fabrics meet California Technical Bulletin 117 Sec. E and NFPA 701 flame standards along with the entire mattress meeting Federal Flammability Standard 16 CFR 1633, California Technical Bulletin 129 and ASTM E 1590 as dictated by the Life Safety Code.

CC 2000 Support Surface

Teale Medical CC 2000 support surfaces offer a level of protection that was previously unattainable to patients who are moderate to high risk for pressure injury related skin problems. Composed of two layers of unique foam that are laminated to a solid foam core, this surface provides support and comfort. The top layer provides significant pressure redistribution and immersion while the solid core provides spinal support.

The heel section is designed with specially formulated foam. The CC 2000 support surface helps eliminate the need for costly overlays. The sleep surface is covered with a healthcare stretch fabric that allows patients to fully immerse into that mattress for pressure redistribution and comfort.

The CC2000 Superior support surface meets California Technical Bulletin 117 Sec. E and NFPA 701 flame standards along with the entire mattress meeting Federal Flammability Standard 16 CFR 1633, California Technical Bulletin 129 and ASTM E 1590 as dictated by the Life Safety Code.

Multi-Density Support Surface

The foam from which the Multi-Density Series is constructed, consistently meet or exceed standards for durability and comfort. The entire core is covered with a fire barrier sleeve.

The sleeping surface is covered with our soft, supple, healthcare fabric. A tough nylon material that is a soft, pliable, cleanable, anti-microbial, stain resistant, and fluid proof cover. The bottom of the cover (non sleeping surface) is made from a durable fluid proof vinyl that is anti-microbial, stain resistant and easy to wipe clean.

The Multi-Density offers a variety of safety and durability features that make it cost effective for concerned healthcare providers.

Single-Density Support Surface

Rest easy with the Teale Medical Single Density Superior (SDS) support surface which is specifically designed for healthcare facilities and personal care institutions with "the quality you’d expect at a price you can afford." This single density superior foam pad offers an economical solution for your bedding needs for support and durability.

The SDS support surface is constructed of very dense, highly resilient, polyurethane foam, encapsulated within a state of the art fire barrier sleeve, designed to meet current state and federal fire regulations.

The mattress cover is a soft, pliable, medical grade vinyl that is durable, tear resistant, flame retardant, anti-microbial and fluid proof. This easy to wipe-clean cover is sewn with a zipper-less inverted center seam design.

The Single Density Superior support surface meets California Technical Bulletin 117 Sec. E and NFPA 701 flame standards along with the entire mattress meeting Federal Flammability Standard 16 CFR 1633, California Technical Bulletin 129 and ASTM E 1590 as dictated by the Life Safety Code.
